We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy regarding cancellations for your scheduled transport service.
Refund Schedule
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time: You will receive a 100% full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time: You will receive a 50% partial refund.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted by contacting us directly via our mobile number 0426 939 190. The time of the cancellation will be based on when we receive your notification.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation confirmation. The funds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
